Pick Up In Store

Y-3 offers you the possibility to pick up in a store the items you ordered online.

After selecting your preferred delivery option at checkout, select "Pick up in store" and choose which store you'd like to have your order delivered to. You will receive an email as soon as your order is ready to be picked up at the store.

In order to pick up your order, you will need to bring with you:

- Valid ID
- Shipping confirmation email (printed or on a mobile device).

If the item is not picked up within 15 days of delivery to the store, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we will immediately issue a refund.

To return the items that were delivered to a store follow the Return Procedure or go directly to the store where the staff will take care of it on your behalf.

You will not receive a refund at the store, but you will receive the credit after our warehouse has received the return and checked that all requirements have been respected.

It is not possible to exchange an item purchased online with an item from a store.
