Returns and Refunds

Return Procedure and Conditions

We have created a very easy return procedure in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied with your purchase.

You can return any item purchased on our store within 20 days from the delivery date. Here’s how:

- Make sure the items are in the same condition you received them in, with all tags still attached.
- Complete the online Return Form in order to get a Return Number.
- Use the pre-printed UPS label included in your order and leave the package at a UPS drop-off location within 20 days of the delivery date: a flat Return Fee of $6.00 (plus Sales Tax on this fee, where applicable) will be automatically deducted from your refund.
- If you prefer, you may send the return using a courier of your choice. If you ship the return package on your own, the Return Fee will not be deducted from your refund. For your security we suggest you use a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for the delivery of the return packages.

Your return will be accepted within 3 working days from the delivery date at our warehouse. Refunds will be issued only for properly returned items. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
You may keep track of the return status through My Return or with the UPS Tracking Number you find on your copy of the pre-printed label.

Notes:

- Vintage, Beachwear, Underwear and any items from Sample and Charity Sales are FINAL. From time to time, we may designate other merchandise non-returnable. Any such designation will be noted on the Product Page of non-returnable products.
- Send your return from the same Country in which you placed your order. We will not be able to accept returns from different Countries.

Christmas Return Policy

For your gifts, we have decided to extend our return period during the holiday season.

All orders placed and delivered between November 2nd and December 18th can be returned until January 8th. Orders delivered after December 18th follow the regular return policy of 20 days.

Return In Store

You can return items purchased at our website to a store within 20 days, just follow the steps listed below:

- make sure the items are in the original condition, all tags and packaging included

- put the items into the original box (or another sturdy box) and bring them to one of our stores, along with the delivery note and the return label, both included in the original package

The courier will collect your package from the store within one working day. We normally process returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. Should your return comply with our Return Policy, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund for your return has been issued.

You can check the return status at any time in the My Returns section.

You can only return items within the same Country the parcel was delivered. Stores in different countries will not be able to accept your returns.
